Codee3 Professional

One payment, per legal entity, for unlimited repositories that entity owns.

Never per seat, per developer, per repository, per device or per agent. There is no hosted runtime behind Codee3 — no server, no account, no licence check — so a recurring fee would be charging for a service that does not exist.

Intended launch terms

Professional is available at the founding price below. Business and Enterprise are direction only, not built and not for sale. Terms are the intended launch model — not yet contractually final — published so they can be evaluated before you buy.

Business

Planned — not built

For teams sharing more than one repository: cross-repository visibility and shared boundaries across a team's work.

Not built, not priced, not yet specified — direction, not an offer.

Enterprise

Planned — not built

For organisations: organisation-wide governance and multi-tenant capability across every repository and every team.

Not built, not priced, not yet specified — direction, not an offer.

Not final until launch. Never per seat, per developer, per repository, per device or per agent. Founding pricing remains available until Codee3 Professional reaches its Full release threshold — it is not a fixed period. Update entitlement for a purchase made after that point is a separate question, not yet decided.

Why a single payment rather than a subscription

Codee3 delivers a stock of local files and scripts that run on your machine. There is no hosted runtime, no account and no service operating on our side between purchases. A recurring fee would be charging for an ongoing service that does not exist — so the intended model is one payment per purchasing entity, for unlimited repositories that entity owns or controls.

Ownership, included updates and ongoing updates are three different things

The one-time payment buys permanent use of the version delivered — that never expires and is never disabled. A founding purchase separately includes 6 months of updates, counted from your own purchase date, not from a shared launch date. After that window, continuing to receive new releases is expected to be a small optional ongoing arrangement — governing future updates only, never the right to keep running what has already been delivered. Its price and mechanism are not yet finalised.

02Ownership

Intended licence and ownership terms

  • Your repository remains yours.
  • The organisational knowledge you and your agents author in it remains yours.
  • Removing Codee3 does not remove or lock that knowledge — the files are plain Markdown and stay where they are.
  • The Codee3 scripts, templates and guards are supplied to you under the final commercial licence.
  • The final licence terms are not yet settled.

Privacy posture

Codee3 operates offline and requires no network connection to work. There is no account, no activation, no licence server and no telemetry. The only network request is an optional cached update check for release information, at most once per 24 hours, sending no repository content and failing quietly when there is no connection.

03Limits

What is not built yet

Planned — not built

Published in full rather than omitted. If one of these is what you actually need, Codee3 is not the thing to buy.

  • Anything hosted, continuous or live-syncing. There is no server and no hosted service.
  • Cross-repository federation, organisation-wide governance, or multi-tenant capability.
  • Semantic drift detection — nothing compares a document’s content against source code.
  • Repository source-code analysis: language mix, monorepo topology, build systems, complexity.
  • A guided "map my repository" workflow, and a brain:doctor diagnostic.

The first of these — cross-repository federation and organisation-wide governance — is the shape Business and Enterprise point toward, above. Direction, not a date.

Need Business or Enterprise?

Neither is built yet, and there is nothing to buy in either one — this only tells us it is worth building sooner. If you need Codee3 today, Professional above covers one legal entity and every repository it owns.

Only the address you submit is stored. See the privacy notice. The product itself collects no telemetry.

05Questions

Commercial questions

What exactly would I be buying?
A licence to the Codee3 scripts, templates and guards, delivered as files into repositories your entity owns or controls. There is no hosted service, no account and no licence server — which is also why the intended model is a single payment rather than a subscription.
Why one payment rather than a subscription?
Because there is nothing running on our side to pay for. Codee3 delivers a stock of local files and scripts that execute on your machine. Charging a recurring fee for software that requires no ongoing service from us would be charging for a service that does not exist.
What does the licence unit cover?
One purchasing legal entity, and unlimited repositories that entity owns or controls. Never per seat, per developer, per repository, per device or per agent.
What happens when a new version ships?
The intended terms grant permanent use of the version delivered. A non-destructive upgrade command exists for adopting a newer release. The final terms are not settled.
How long is founding pricing available for?
Founding pricing remains available until Codee3 Professional reaches its Full release threshold — it is not a fixed period, and it is not measured from launch. Purchases made while founding pricing is active receive six months of updates from the purchase date regardless of when that threshold is later reached.
Does the founding price include updates?
Yes. A purchase made while founding pricing is active includes six months of updates, counted from that purchase — not from a shared launch date, and not shortened if founding pricing later closes.
What happens after the six months?
The installed product keeps working permanently either way — that never changes. Continuing to receive new releases after the included window is expected to be a small optional ongoing arrangement, governing future updates only. Its price and mechanism are not yet finalised, so it is not offered yet.
Is the price final?
No. Professional is available today at the founding price above; that part is real. What is still not settled: update entitlement for a purchase made after founding pricing closes, and the price and mechanism of Business or Enterprise, neither of which exists yet.
