The intended model

One payment per purchasing legal entity, unlimited repositories it owns or controls, granting permanent use of the version delivered. Never priced per seat, per developer, per repository, per device or per agent.

Under this intended licence

• Your repository remains yours.
• The organisational knowledge you and your agents author in it remains yours.
• Removing Codee3 does not remove or lock that knowledge — the files are plain Markdown and stay where they are.
• The Codee3 scripts, templates and guards are supplied to you under the final commercial licence.

Status

Everything above is an intention published so that it can be evaluated. It is not an offer, nothing is charged, and the final terms are not settled. The access page carries the same terms alongside the intended pricing.
