What happened to Windsurf?

Its own site says “Devin Desktop is the new name for Windsurf”, and windsurf.com now redirects to devin.ai/desktop (checked 2026-10-21).

Is Windsurf free?

Devin Desktop has a free plan with a light quota for its agents (devin.ai/pricing, checked 2026-10-21). Running Claude, Codex or Gemini CLI agents through ACP needs its Pro, Max or Teams plan.

Can I use my Claude plan in Codee3?

Yes, through Claude Code signed in with your own account, and the same goes for Codex and Gemini CLI. Codee3 never sees your sign-in, and does not provide or resell any AI usage.

Can Windsurf run Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI?

Its docs say third-party agents, Claude Agent, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI among them, plug in through ACP on Pro, Max and Teams plans, with billing between you and that agent’s provider (checked 2026-10-21).

Does Windsurf run on Windows?

Yes. Devin Desktop has Windows downloads for x64 and arm64, with Windows 10 (64-bit) as the minimum.

Do I need a paid plan to run Claude Code in Codee3?
