Yes. The IDE, agent chats beside your code, the project brain and landing an agent’s finished work are free for up to two projects open at a time, with no time limit. Founder (US$149 a year) adds an orchestrator, helpers working in parallel and the brain’s checks.

Nothing about how you use it. The IDE contacts codee3.dev for three things only: the update check, in the tester build once you have entered your code (the free build has none); the extension library, unless you turn it off; and diagnostics, only when you choose to send them. The website counts visits without cookies.

No. You sign in inside each agent, with that company. Codee3 never sees a key or a password.

The IDE and the licence check do. Your agents need the internet to reach their own services, as they do today.
